When Should I Hire an Attorney?

I’ve been asked, when should I hire an attorney?  If you choose to hire an attorney, we recommend that you hire an attorney immediately, not because you should be in a rush to settle your case, but because you should be in a rush to have an attorney properly investigate your case. It is critical that all the evidence be documented and preserved for further use. There are deadlines that apply to different types of cases and we will be happy to discuss those deadlines wit you in detail.
