I'm often asked about the history of the auto accident lawyers of Roberts & Roberts. The history is simple; in 1983, Judge Harry Loftis and Randy Roberts formed the firm of Loftis and Roberts. I joined the firm in 1985, and in 1990 Judge Loftis retired and the firm became known as Roberts & Roberts.

Now from its beginning, the firm specialized in the representation of people injured in car crashes, motorcycle accidents, on-the-job injuries, injuries by defective and unsafe products, and all sorts of other injuries. One of the first cases the firm handled gathered local recognition for being one of the largest wrongful death settlements in Tyler and Smith County at that time. Since then, the firm has continued to get local, state, and national recognition for its representation of injured people. The firm made the cover of Time magazine for its representation of people injured in the Firestone Tire cases. The firm also made national recognition for representing people injured by the Toyota acceleration cars and the West explosion. Most recently, one of the personal injury lawyers of Roberts & Roberts got what is believed to be one of the largest wrongful death verdicts in Henderson County representing the family and children of a woman killed in the car crash.

So if you or someone you know or love has been seriously injured in a car crash, motorcycle accident, collision with an 18 wheeler, or any other serious injury, call the personal injury lawyers of Roberts & Roberts. We have the skill and expertise to help you. The call will cost you nothing; it can mean everything.
