Josh leverages his extensive legal experience to help injured clients navigate complex personal injury claims. He brings nearly 30 years of experience in the Texas legal profession to Roberts & Roberts. Before becoming an attorney, Josh worked as a file clerk, runner, and paralegal, giving him a deep understanding of how cases are built from the ground up. Before dedicating his practice to advocating for injured individuals, he handled a defense docket focused primarily on employment litigation.

Josh has extensive experience in complex litigation and employment counseling. He has served as lead counsel in employment matters involving Title VII, the ADA, and the FMLA. Additionally, he has managed intricate cybersecurity incident responses as well as guided matters through every phase of litigation, from initial intake through trial preparation.

Josh is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts and is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Western, and Southern Districts of Texas. Josh resides in Longview with his wife, Stephanie, and their two children. He holds a deep passion for the cultural history of East Texas, an interest he explores by studying the region’s local geography and writing works of fiction set in the area that he hopes to one day publish. A dedicated reader of classic literature, Josh can typically be found balancing four or five books at any given time. He is also an avid fan of music and sports. When he is away from the office, Josh loves playing a round of golf and spending quality time with his family.
