I’ve been asked, when should I hire an attorney?  If you choose to hire an attorney, we recommend that you hire an attorney immediately, not because you should be in a rush to settle your case, but because you should be in a rush to have an attorney properly investigate your case. It is critical that all the evidence be documented and preserved for further use.
